Privacy & Data Principles

This page explains the service’s privacy and data-handling principles. Additional market-specific notices may apply depending on where the service is offered.

Privacy by design

Collect with purpose. Protect by design. Retain only as needed. The intended lifecycle is Collect → Use → Share → Store → Retain → Archive → Delete → Verify Deletion.

Typical information

Career history, contact details, education, skills, resume, LinkedIn information, search preferences, application records, interview information and work-authorisation context where relevant. Career Assessment submissions are stored in protected server-side storage and used to review programme suitability and the appropriate next step.

Data rights and vendors

Retention, correction and deletion requests are handled according to applicable requirements and the service context. Where third-party service providers are used, access should be limited to what is necessary for the service and protected appropriately.
